Clients’ Charter

We pledge to ensure, In Sya’Allah

 

1. Provide friendly, and courteous service to customers immediately after the number is called.

2. Conduct an inquiry from zakat aid application form within 10 days of received.

3. Approve application

a. Building and home improvement help in current year after approval from kariah committee or stake-holder.

b. Building and home improvement help within one month (immediately) due to natural disasters.

c. Other zakat aid in within three month.

4. Make a complete bill payment and approved application payment for zakat aid within 14 days from the dates received by MAIPs Finance Unit.

5. Issuing official receipts for the Zakat payment, Waqf and Sumber Am (General Resources) on the same day.

6. Issuing annual zakat statement to payers through monthly salary deductions within 30 days in the following year.

7. Processing application for Waqf property within 30 days.

8. To award Waqf certificate to pewakaf within 7 days from registration date of Waqf property.

9. Providing Zakat/Waqf/da’wah information services within the appropriate period from the date received application.
